For more than 75 years, we have prepared the minds of some of the nation’s premier academic and business leaders. We understand that an education is more than just taking notes in a classroom or studying textbooks. That is why the College of Business offers state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge technology, and innovative learning environments that provide our students with hands-on experiences.
Over the past few weeks, those experiences have been transformed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our dedicated faculty and staff worked tirelessly over just 72 hours to bring more than 160 business courses online, and because of the past support of alumni and friends, we had the technology in place to make this incredible feat possible.
Your support allowed our faculty to begin preparations immediately—recording lectures in our LightBoard Studio, utilizing document cameras in classrooms and webcams in offices, uploading coursework to MediaSite and Moodle, and conducting office hours via Zoom. Our faculty are working alongside each other to fill gaps and find solutions to maintain the continuity of research and teaching for our students.
Your contributions will build upon our legacy of excellence in business innovation by allowing us to continually advance and adapt curriculum to meet the needs of an ever-changing global environment—this will be even more critical in the coming months.
